Chief Executive Officer

Trevor is a Chartered Accountant by training. He has worked in various roles including Associate Director at EY, CFO at the Eastern Cape Gambling Board and CFO of the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality with a budget of R12,6 billion. Recently he was CEO of Spectrum Alert, the bus operating company for the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality.

Errol A Stoffberg

Chief Operating Officer

Errol has been the Chief Operating Officer for more than 40 years on various construction sites. His latest project

was the building of 1350 RDP houses in Cradock. Prior to that he build 1380 veteran homes in Chatty, Port

Elizabeth. He has completed contracts in excess of R400 million ranging from town houses, low cost housing,

rectification of low cost housing and building of mid cost housing.

Errol AM Stoffberg Junior

Project Manager

Errol is the project manager with vast experience in the construction industry. He was part of a team that demolished and rebuilt 1350 RDP houses in Cradock. His team also built 491Veteran housing in Chatty, Port Elizabeth where he was in charge of SHEQ and Environment Impact management. He also completed the risk assessment and quality assurance site inspections, suggesting improvements to working processes. He has worked on various GAP housing projects. Errol has completed various courses in Project Management, Health and Safety, scaffolding erection and inspection.

Sandy Harper

Interior Designer And Logistics

Sandy worked as a logistics practioner for Cadbury, Aspen, Eveready and Delphi Catalytics and has in excess of

30 years experience.

Recently she has being doing interior design for various private individuals.
